1. The Offer
Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia (“Procreate,” “we,” “us”) will beat a qualifying written price quote from another licensed U.S. fertility clinic for the same or a comparable fertility treatment, subject to the terms below.
The offer applies to the comparable clinical fee only, as determined by Procreate following review of the submitted quote.
2. What Qualifies as an Eligible Quote
To be eligible, a quote must meet all the following conditions:
- Be a written quote (printed, emailed, or a legible photograph or scan). Verbal quotes, advertised prices, and screenshots of general pricing pages do not qualify.
- Be issued by a fertility clinic licensed to operate in the United States.
- Be issued in the patient’s name and clearly identify the patient by name.
- Be current — dated within 90 days of submission.
- Be for a treatment that Procreate also offers.
- Be for the same or a comparable treatment and protocol, as reasonably determined by Procreate.
- Be submitted to Procreate before treatment begins at Procreate.
- Self-Pay Only: Price matching is available for self-pay treatment services only. Insurance estimates are excluded because contracted rates vary by clinic and insurance plan and cannot be directly compared or matched.
3. Exclusions
Unless expressly matched on a line-by-line basis, the following are excluded from the price comparison and from any price adjustment:
- Medications and Pharmacy costs
- Anesthesia and facility fees
- Donor gametes, donor services, and donor-related fees
- Genetic testing, including preimplantation genetic testing (PGT)
- Storage fees
- Third-party laboratory, imaging, or diagnostic fees
- Any fees paid to a party other than Procreate
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, financing incentive, package price, or third-party benefit program.
4. Medical Eligibility
All treatment at Procreate is subject to clinical evaluation. Procreate does not guarantee that any patient is a candidate for any particular treatment. If, in the judgment of Procreate’s clinical team, the treatment reflected in the submitted quote is not medically appropriate for the patient, this offer does not apply to that treatment.
Nothing in this offer constitutes medical advice, and nothing in this offer guarantees any medical result or outcome, including but not limited to pregnancy or live birth.
5. How the Offer Is Applied
The patient submits an eligible written quote to Procreate.
Procreate reviews the quote and compares the treatment, protocol, and included services against its own comparable offering.
If the quote qualifies, Procreate provides the patient with a written price for comparable care that is lower than the qualifying quote.
Procreate will identify in writing which services are included and which are excluded.
Procreate determines, in its reasonable discretion, whether a quote is comparable and what constitutes comparable care. Procreate reserves the right to decline any quote that cannot be reasonably compared.
6. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome
This is a pricing offer only. It is not a representation, promise, or guarantee regarding the likelihood of pregnancy, live birth, or any other clinical outcome. Individual results vary based on many factors, including age and medical history.
Procreate makes no claim, express or implied, that its treatment success rates are superior to those of any other clinic. Patients seeking outcome data may consult the publicly reported clinic data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART).
7. Limitations and Changes
- This offer is limited to one qualifying quote per patient, per treatment cycle.
- This offer has no cash value and is not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash or credit.
- This offer is valid only at Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia locations.
- Procreate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. Quotes already submitted and accepted in writing prior to such change will be honored.
- Procreate reserves the right to decline any quote it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, altered, expired, or not genuine.
- Void where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this offer, including any quote documents, is handled in accordance with Procreate’s Privacy Policy and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. Procreate does not sell or rent patient information to third parties.
